Under the Business Development Agreement, PlusPetro Portfolio Capital paid $17,500 per month as compensation for business development services that included investment capital acquisition, investor relationships, securities transactions, banking, business contacts, accounting, management and recruitment. M/s —————————————————————————————-, a company established in ——————————— by its —————————————————————————— (hereinafter referred to as the first party) AND M/s—————————————————————————— – (hereinafter referred to as the second party), while the first party is a reputable undertaking which carries on the activities of the ——————————————————————————————————-9. The fact that the parties are free to continue this agreement until the date they wish, but this agreement fully covers the ongoing call for tenders —————————————-. The second party provides all the professional services relating to the above-mentioned offer to the first party and is entitled to claim the professional costs for the services provided in that offer. However, the Parties may maintain this Agreement as they see fit for other subsequent tenders and transactions, but a specific notification shall be issued by the First Party for the award of subsequent business development work if the First Party wishes to use the services of the Second Party. The percentage of fees is also negotiated by mutual agreement on a case-by-case basis and reduced in writing between the parties in order to avoid any dispute or difference of any kind whatsoever.
